To prove my love for SOSHI I draw a lot of portraits in charcoal, single color oil and color oil. All are hand drawings not using any CG or digital techs.
I also made the movies which shows the process of drawing.

この五年間、ＳＯＮＥに素敵な幸せをもたらしてくれて、ありがとうございます。
あなたの歌、ダンス、そして演技は本当に奇跡のようです。
あなたの大きな夢がかなうことを願います。
究極の目的地はグラミー賞だと信じています。
そして、ここに贈り物をします。
私のソシ愛を示すために数多くのソシメンバーの肖像画を制作しました。
木炭画、単色油彩、色彩油彩画などすべては手書きです。一切のＣＧやデジタル技術は使っておりません。

JESSICA
This is charcoal stick drawing.
Black and white portrait is sometimes more impressive than in color. Because we don’t see any color, we can focus on Jessica’s expression on her face. Or we can imagine the color of her attractive baby pink lips.
木炭画のデッサンです。
白黒の絵は時として、色彩画より印象深いことがありますね。色がないからこそジェシカの繊細な表情に集中できるのかもしれません。あるいは彼女の魅力的なベビーピンクの唇の色を想像して楽しむこともできます。
YOONA
This is a single color oil painting. The color is burnt umber. It’s the best one to express the warmth of the model.
YoonA is a beautiful goddess, Venus coming down from the Olympus temple.
I never forget the wonderful acting in the drama LOVE RAIN.
But……at the same time she is an alligator, a flatfish……
OMG! What a contradiction! This is also her charm.
You can see a bit of lower teeth in her charming mouth.
油彩による単色画です。バーントアンバーという色を使いました。人物の温かさを表現するのに適していると思ったからです。
ユナは美しい女神です。まるでオリンポス宮殿から舞い降りたヴィーナスのよう。しかし・・・・その一方で、ユナワニとかヒラメとかいう別名も・・・・
なんという矛盾の同居でしょう！これもユナの魅力ですね。
下歯が彼女の魅力的で大きな口から少しだけ見えていますね。
TIFFANY
When Tiffany smiles I can feel California sun shine. Her smile brings us a lot of happiness. She has also a cute eye smile, everyone falls for her.
California sun shine and American dream……that’s the key word for Tiffany’s smile. I always imagin and hope that someday in the future her dream come true
and she will go back to U.S.A. with glory, giving a speech with Grammy Award trophy in her hand with her eight sisters.
ティパニが笑うとカリフォルニアの太陽を感じます。彼女の笑顔は皆を幸せにします。独特の目の表情が素敵です。皆がティパニに恋してしまいそう。カリフォルニアの太陽、そしてアメリカンドリーム・・・・ティパニの笑顔のキーワードです。近い将来、大きな夢がかなって、アメリカに凱旋帰国したティパニが、８人の姉妹とともに、グラミー賞受賞会場でトロフィーを片手に涙をながしてスピーチする姿を希望と共に想像しています。
SOOYOUNG
I still remember how much I tensed when I was drawing this portrait.
This was the tribute for Sooyong when she was injured in a traffic accident.
I was quite shocked. And Japanese SONE joined together for Sooyoung Paper Crane Project. The dead line is nearing. The paint was not dried yet but I took the photo with paper crane. I have never had a moment like this before, a moment of highest excitement and concentration.
この絵を描いているときの緊張感は今でも忘れられません。
スヨンが交通事故に会ったときに献呈として描いたものです。あの時は本当にショックでした。日本のＳＯＮＥは折鶴企画で一つになりました。締め切りが迫って来て、絵の具も乾かないうちに写真を撮って完成させました。これほど興奮して集中した瞬間は今までになかったでしょう。

TAEYEON
This is my fist color drawing of SOSHI members. It was a little bit difficult to draw the color of Taeyeon’s beautiful skin. It was worth trying. I finally succeed it. Feel the clear complexion and smoothness. By looking at the color of her hair you can see that this is the stage of 2011 1st Japan tour. Her pure eyes are staring at the future when she becomes the greatest singer in the world.
ソシ肖像画では最初の色彩油彩画です。テヨンの美しい白い肌を表現するのに少しばかり苦労しました。でもやってみてよかったです。何とか成功しました。透き通るような艶やかな肌の感触をお楽しみください。髪の色で、これが２０１１年のファーストジャパンツァーであることが分かりますね。彼女の澄み切った目は、いずれ世界一の偉大な歌手になる未来を見据えています。
SEOHYUN
Why don’t you give maknae’s cheek a playful squeeze?
It’s so pretty.
She is resting her chin in her hand and smiles like an innocent little girl but at the same time she’s staring at you like a sophisticated decent lady. Her smile reminds me of the famous song by Maurice Chevalier in the Hollywood musical movie “GIGI”
“Thank Heaven for little girls. They grow up in the most delightful way……”
マンネの頬っぺたをつまんでみたくなりますね。
頬杖をつきながら少女のように微笑んでいますが、その瞳は成熟した淑女のようにあなたを見つめています。
彼女の微笑みは、有名な歌の一節を思い出させます。ハリウッドミュージカル映画「恋の手ほどき」でモーリス･シェバリエが歌ったあの一節。
♪神様ありがとう。少女たちは素敵に成長していくのですね・・・・♪
HYOYEON
Every SONE calls her a dancing queen. While I was drawing her portrait, there was only one word in my mind; Dancing Beauty. She becomes more and more beautiful indeed. Her lovely round eyes, kissable lips……and gold blond hair is shining like diamond.
I was really admired at her performance in Dancing with the Stars 2
ＳＯＮＥはヒョヨンを踊る女王と呼びます。この絵を描いている最中に私の心にあった言葉は「踊る美女」です。本当にますます美しくなっていくヒョヨンです。つぶらな黒い瞳にキスをしたくなるような唇・・・・そして金髪はダイヤモンドのように輝いてます。ＴＶダンスコンテスト番組「ＤＷＴＳ２」でのヒョヨンのダンスは本当に素敵でした。
SUNNY
Lovely lips, agaeyo voices and smile…… among so many poses I choose this one because I wanted to draw an intelligent, warmhearted Sunny.
Her fingers are posing delicately. Her necklace hangs past her collar-bone. One hair coming down on her neck…… Enjoy the details of the portrait.
ソニの「アヒルの唇」「愛嬌声」・・・・色々な候補の中からこのポーズを選びました。それは、ソニの知的で心優しい側面を描きたかったからです。指先の繊細な形、首飾りが鎖骨の上で微妙にカーブして一部だけ光っています。写実的肖像画のディテールをお楽しみください。
YURI
I chose and mixed so many kinds of painting color to express The Black Pearl Yuri’s beautiful skin. Not too dark, not too light. And finally I got it. Her dark hair is abundant hanging down on her shoulder. Her smile is shining like pearl.
黒真珠と呼ばれるユリの美しい小麦色の肌を表現するのに、幾種もの色を使いました。濃すぎず、そして薄すぎないように。ユリの豊かな髪が片にかかり、笑顔は真珠のように輝いています。
SOOYOUNG - TANGO PASSION
I saw Sooyoung in front of me on the stage of 1st Japan Tour in Yoyogi. She was singing SWAY and dancing tango. It was very impressive. I went back home and took a painting brush right away and started drawing. This is a large drawing in 1091×788mm canvas.
In my drawing she is not dancing on the Yoyogi stage. She’s dancing in the unknown bar in Argentine. Her beautiful long legs dominate the floor. Her flexible body bends back like Venus. Being held tightly by Argentinean dancer she is still seducing him. I want to jump right into this picture, sit in the chair in the left and give Sooyoung a big applauds.
ファーストジャパンツァーでスヨンは私の目の前でＳＷＡＹを歌いながらタンゴダンスを踊っていました。強烈に引きつけられました。すぐに帰宅して絵筆をとりカンバスに向かいました。これは1091×788mm の大作です。
この画の中でスヨンが踊っている場所は代々木のステージではありません。アルゼンチンの名も知れない酒場のフロアーです。彼女の美しく長い脚は床を占領し、しなやかな肢体は美の女神のようです。アルゼンチンのダンサーに力強く抱きしめられながらも、スヨンは誘惑の眼ざしを送ろうとしています。私は今にもこの画の中に飛び込んで、左端のテーブルにある椅子に座って、スヨンに拍手を送りたい衝動に駆られます。
